The Forested system is a digital platform with web and mobile interfaces that enables credible, traceable, and scalable environmental data collection from smallholder farmers through SMEs. It supports role-based workflows for admins, SMEs, and data collectors, with full offline capability for data collection in rural areas. Data is organized around interventions linked to ingredients, while a dynamic questionnaire (BLEN) engine, spatial mapping of farm sites, and media traceability enhance data quality. Analytics dashboards provide charts, summaries, and maps for transparent monitoring, and the system also calculates impact units, such as carbon credits, directly from collected data to enable standardized tracking, verification, and reporting of sustainability outcomes.
